Riverside City College CA freshman Enrique Villa and sophomore Ricardo Cardenas took first and second in the men's 4-mile race at the Orange Empire Conference Championships, helping the Tigers win their third consecutive team title with a 20-59 victory over Santa Ana. Villa clocked 20:57.48 and Cardenas ran 20:57.76 for defending state champion Riverside, which placed seven runners in the top nine.
